Our client is currently looking for a motivated Maintenance Officer to join their prestigious team based out of Seven Hills. Our client prides themselves in their customer service and high quality of their work.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Performing minor building and furniture modifications or repairs involving carpentry, painting and plumbing.
- Performing and arranging scheduled preventative maintenance and cleaning.
- Provide emergency after hours assistance
- Manage a portfolio of buildings.
To be considered for this position you must:
- Have proven handyman experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Great Customer Service skills
- Be a Lateral Thinker and Creative Problem Solver
- Ability to show initiative and take pride in your work
