About the business and the role

With teams across three countries and a Head Office spanning 15,000sqm in Oakleigh South, Melbourne, we offer for sale thousands of products across a myriad of customer demographics and online platforms.

Due to continuous growth, we now require a Repairs & Warranties Manager to join us on a Full time Permanent basis working out of our site in OAKLEIGH SOUTH, starting ASAP.

Working closely with internal departments and the Customer service team your duties will include:

  • Assembly of various products,
  • Testing, quality assurance and warranty repairs,
  • Diagnostics,
  • Producing reports for internal stakeholders,
  • Creating product manuals,
  • Assisting customers with product support and troubleshooting.

To be considered we are looking for:

  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • You will be mechanically minded individual with a "Hands on" approach,
  • Confident working with various hand tools and equipment,
  • Able to read schematics and drawings for product assembly,
  • Team player who is happy to help out wherever needed,
  • Physically fit and able to lift products weighing up to 30kgs.
  • The ability to build rapport with our customers and resolve their concerns and support issues in an empathetic way.
  • Superior time management skills and the ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate computer skills (Email, Office, Word)
