Our Client is one of Queensland's largest family owned Transport companies, and they are currently expanding their team in ROCKHAMPTON.
We are seeking QUALIFIED Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, and have MULTIPLE ROLES with IMMEDIATE START.

Skills and Experience:
- Hold a certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanics
- Service fleet to a safe and high standard (including breakdowns, servicing and repairs)
- Complete all required paperwork (i.e. fault reports in an accurate and timely manner)
- Current heavy vehicle licence and forklift licence with proven experience working with heavy vehicles is desirable (i.e. prime movers, trailers, body trucks and forklifts)
- Support the Workshop team and comply with all WHS quality standards
- Be a self-starter with great time management skills
- Detect electrical faults and diagnose problems with all types of plant and equipment
- Assist with breakdowns and calls outs when required
- Undertake general housekeeping duties and assisting with
- Strong attention to detail coupled with robust ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
