The Other Side Landscapes Pty Ltd is a Residential Landscape Construction Company concentrating on significant residential swimming pool surrounds, landscapes and gardens. We have both construction and maintenance teams. Currently we are seeking a Landscape Construction Professional to work as a Leading Hand on our construction sites.
The successful candidate will be required to take a job from beginning to end controlling the budget and contract to deliver high quality landscapes on time and on budget. You would be required to undertake soft and hard landscaping construction including concreting, paving, drainage, garden lighting, irrigation, timber work, stone masonry, brick and block laying to a high residential standard.
The position will primarily be responsible for ensuring client expectations and budgets are met and exceeded.
The role would be best suited for a 4th year or recently qualified tradesman looking to transition to a leading hand role under a mentoring program supervised by a project manager.
Essential criteria for our ideal candidate include:
1. Have superior proficiency in site set out and site management.
2. Demonstrated experience in undertaking residential landscape construction.
3. Certificate 3 Landscape and minimum 4 years experience.
4. Manual NSW Drivers licence.
5. Work cover White Card.
We will provide support, mentoring and training to progress the successful applicant from tradesmen to leading hands and site supervisors.

The position is Permanent Full Time with preferred hours from 7am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday some Saturdays are also available .
