About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to fill a full-time position. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will manage our customer’s needs to ensure their vehicle is repaired and delivered on time. This role will suit a self-motivated and well-presented person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person or by phone and determine the customer’s needs and vehicle data
- Document customer needs accurately via repair orders and define the scope and type of work required
- Book appointments according to customer needs and workshop utilisation capacity
- Liaise with service technicians and follow up on customer vehicles during the course of the day
Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of the automotive industry or a good mechanical aptitude
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Sound computer skills
- Friendly and positive personality
