Our client is a large major franchised dealership located in the beautiful North Queensland city of Mackay. They have a current vacancy for a well organised Workshop Controller with proven workshop management experience, to join their expanding team.
Similar experience will be highly regarded and our client is open to considering all brands of dealership experience. The desired candidate will possess the ability to motivate a team and be able to coach and mentor Technicians, maximising workshop efficiency, whilst assisting the Service Manager.
Technicians will depend on you for support and mentorship, so you must have excellent diagnostic skills, as well as the patience required to guide and upskill.
