POSITION

State Service Executive WA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide after sales service support to internal functions across the business
• Actively contribute and participate in product training, review meetings and user group meetings
• Manage and maintain an Authorised Service Centre network to ensure a timely and effective service & repair of product
• Negotiate and secure service agreements with current or new service centres
• Assist with the daily administrative tasks within your branch
• Ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained across service centres and network providers state wide
• Provide sales support to the sales function as and when needed
• Provide technical support (phone and face to face) to service providers, dealers and network providers when required

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Trade qualified HVAC Service Technician with all relevant licenses
• Substantial experience in field based repairs and preventative maintenance
• Strong communication skills and a customer focus
• Outstanding relationship building skills
• Professional work ethic and commercial attitude
• Sound administrative skills
• Organised and process driven
