Experienced National Parts Manager for leading supplier of specialised plant equipment.  Travel required. $120k base + bonuses + commissions and vehicle 
 
Our client is looking for an experienced, hands on customer focused professional to work in the newly created role of National Parts Manager. You will be based in the Emu Plains area and be required to travel to all branches in Australia and New Zealand.
 
The role:

• Travel to each of the 8 branches once to twice a year along with New Zealand.
• Total travel 1 trip a month staying 2 -3 days.
• This is a hands on customer focussed role.
• Lead a cultural change within the business from being order takers to selling parts
• You will have strong support from the inventory team with Stock levels and orders from suppliers.
• Strong focus on parts sales growth 
• Targets of 30% parts growth over the next 5 years
• Setting up of online sales store
• Ability to work with sales and service team to create parts sales oppotunites

 
The Person:

• Experienced in parts and management.
• Proven track record of growing parts sales across a National role 
• Previous experience managing several branches before
• Background with plant,automotive, truck or related industries 
• Very methodical and well organised person.
• Ability to work in a team
• Stong ambiton and drive to succeed.
• Customer focused professional
