ABOUT THE COMPANY - A large prestige automotive dealership in Melbourne is currently expanding their operations and are investing in top talent for their dealership.
ABOUT THE ROLE - Working within the Service Team and reporting to the Service Manager, this position is the first contact for all Service Customer enquiries, bookings and contact. Primarily, this role will be working with the Workshop to ensure all repair work is carried out to the highest standards.
Duties - General responsibilities for this role will include the following;
- Making appointments, processing repair orders, quotes and invoices
- Providing customer support via the phone and face to face at the dealership
- Achieve CSI and up selling targets
- Communication to Management, Colleagues, and Workshop staff
To Be Considered -
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a prestige dealership
- A sound knowledge of ERAnet and Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Sound technical automotive knowledge
- Great attention to detail
- Have full Australian work rights
