Company & Culture:
Our client is a well-respected mechanical contracting company who operate within commercial service and construction.
They currently specialise in projects varying from $500k to $2million within construction and have a million-dollar service business. Due to continual growth they now seek an experienced Service Team Leader to join their vibrant and teamworking crew.
Your new role;
Reporting directly to the Service Manager you will be required to manage technicians, purchasing orders, invoices, scheduling breakdowns and preventive maintenance for commercial clients.
This role will require small amounts of business development and sales as they are looking to grow their service division - In reward for this, the position has the potential to progress into a service management role.
About you;
You will need to have a strong work ethic, be able to work in a team as well as autonomously whilst also having a strong understanding of commercial service and running a team of tradesmen.
Ideally you will have previous exposure to clients and maintaining existing onsite relationships.
Selection criteria;
- Trade Qualified - HVAC
- Understanding of OHS policies
- Excellent management skills
- Strong work ethic
- Experience within commercial service
- The ability to manage 8-12 Technicians
