Flawless Landscaping & Design is an established boutique residential landscape construction company servicing Bendigo & surrounds, our scope of work is varied across a range of different styles.

Our schedule is full! So the time has come to welcome some more landscaping legends to our team.  The role of the new legend is to help our team build quality landscapes and provide our clients with exceptional customer service, We are prepared to invest in our employees’ career and personal development. Boy do we have some exciting plans for the future of this company...

But! to achieve our goals we need the best of the best so to work with us you will need to:

• Have a genuine interest in the Landscaping industry

• Have drive and commitment to succeed.

• Be highly motivated and focused.

• Have an eye for detail & precision.

• Organized and have good time management skills.

• Show initiative and be solution focused.

• Drivers licence or actively working towards it.  

• Good communication skills

• be an all round decent person, to our customers and staff. The workplace culture at Flawless is extremely important to us.
