Australian Wind and Solar are a Melbourne based company established in 2012, The company manufactures wind turbines ranging from 1-10 kW along with other wind and solar control products including the "AWS SunMate". The company is currently expanding its installation department and seek a person who can make this role their own.
This role is ONLY suitable for candidates with a minimum of 3 years experience in solar installations and hold a current A grade electrical license. If you are seeking to expand your career into off grid power, grid power storage, wind turbines and advanced control equipment please do not hesitate to apply.
The applicant must be well organised while managing their own works/projects as well as leading a small site team.
The duties in this role will include but not limited to:

Domestic and commercial solar and wind installations.

Domestic and commercial electrical wiring.

Off grid power systems installation.

Underground pipe and earthing installation.

Wind tower assembly, concreting and other civil works.

Working at heights.

Must be willing to travel local and interstate for short periods.

Must be able to manage own work schedule and work with our technical team.
To be considered as a potential candidate for this role, you must:

Experience in solar installations for at least 3 years is a must.

Have a current driver's license and own reliable transport.

Hold a current A grade electrical license

Have ambition & a strong work ethic.

Must be well presented.

Be able to work in a team environment.

Be committed and have genuine interest in renewable energy.

Be self-motivated and lead a small team or work alone.
