Hardy Spicer, Australia's foremost specialist in driveshaft and hydraulic products to the Australasian industrial, agricultural and automotive markets, has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated Branch Manager to join the Wollongong team.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, passionate and inspirational hands on leader for our Wollongong Branch. You will be responsible for facilitating all aspects of branch operations to ensure a profitable outcome for the company by implementation of sales strategies for growth, policies, procedures and activities related to the branch.

The person we are looking for must have a versatile work approach, depth of experience in hydraulic/ drive shaft sales & services, demonstrated experience in building a successful team and prioritised focus on premium customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Profitability of the branch
• Managing branch staff and operations, in a safe and efficient manner
• Site responsibility for all WHS&E and HR policy conformance
• Engagement and development of the Wollongong Team
• Strategic business and sales plans to deliver success
• Ensuring implementation and continuity of best practice processes
• Collaboration with other Branch Managers to ensure continuous improvement
• Building relationships with key customers

To be successful in this role you need to:

• Sales experience and motivation to grow the business a must
• Have proven ability to build an extensive network in NSW or have an existing network
• Be committed to engaging and working with the Team to deliver success
• Experience within the hydraulics/ drive shaft market is desirable
• Experienced working in and supervising a busy branch environment
• Have a passionate approach towards excellence in customer service
• Excite the Team and foster a winning culture
