Fast Growing Air Conditioning Domestic Company requires an Operations Manager to manage fast paced team Air Conditioning Technicians.
The Company has multiple licences to operate in the industry and has a great vision for supporting the domestic Air Conditioning Market for repairs, maintenance and installations of Ducted and Split AC products.
The role will require the following;
Day to Day Operations of Tech and Jobs
Monitor Tech Staff Hours
Approve Annual Leave and Manage Sick Leave
Customer Relationship Management
Dispute Resolution
Scheduling Job Management
Manage Supplies for Jobs as required by the Job or Tech
Manage all Communication with Technicians
Site Management
Report to Director Daily, Weekly and Monthly
Daily, Weekly and Monthly Meetings with Management
Skills and Experience Required;
Previously Air Conditioning Experience Required
Previous Experience in Similar Role in the Industry
Minimum 3 Years Experience in similar role in the industry
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and importance in regards to the work carried out by the company
Communication Skills must be superior
Prompt Responses to Technicians, Customers and Management within Text Messages, Phone Calls, Emails and Company Applications.
Positive and Can-do attitude required
Sales Oriented Person
Handling confrontation well
Must be flexible time wise to ensure every days endeavour is successful
