The NRMA Motoring division is actively seeking an experienced Foreman to join their busy workshop based in Rouse Hill.

To be successful for the role you will be an enthusiastic individual who can lead the team to deliver quality mechanical servicing, maintenance and repairs of vehicle in a timely manner to provide their customers with the “industry’s best”.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of automotive technicians

• Ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop

• Delivering quality mechanical servicing, maintenance and repairs of vehicles

• Providing customer service at it’s highest level

• Ensuring commitment and compliance to WHS and other company policies.

The successful applicant must demonstrate the following:

• A current Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate or equivalent

• A current Drivers License

• Knowledge and experience in service and maintenance with cars

• Great diagnostic skills

• Proven ability working in a supervisory role in a fast-paced environment

• Great organisation and leadership abilities

• Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure

• Ability to work Saturdays as and when required
