Job Vacancy
We have an opportunity in our business for Casual Oonooie Operators, reporting to the site's Oonooie Co-ordinator. This position will involve undertaking the operation of Biodunder pumping equipment and a range of other operator tasks, movement of liquid fertilizers and other general duties. You will be responsible for maintaining high safety and environmental standards, effective communication with the production team, including accurate completion of forms and checklists and working as a team to maintain operational effectiveness. The role will liaise with internal and external parties to coordinate and deliver product to specification.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful you will ideally have experience associated with performing operator roles within a manufacturing / fertilizer processing environment, coupled with an ability to perform physically demanding work. It is also critical that the successful applicant understand and adhere to site health, safety and environmental procedures. A forklift license as well as capability to work various rotational shifts including weekends is also requirement of this position. Basic computer literacy working with Microsoft applications is advantageous and exposure to SAP is preferred.
