This approach has been the driver behind the expansion phase currently being experienced, which in turn has created this new role for an Installation/Service Electrician in their Tullamarine based team. They offer a positive work environment with an employee supportive approach.

Role
The role’s key responsibility is to provide electrical and data installation services to support the company’s service and installation technicians with large scale digital signage projects.

Specific tasks include:

• Installing Power Points where required.
• Installing Data Cabling for cameras.
• Power supply changes on digital screens.
• General screen support work

Candidate
The successful candidate will be an A Grade Electrician, licensed to work unsupervised and to sign off on all electrical works, who also has an ACMA data cabling license.

Digital signage support experience would be a major advantage

You will be working with minimal supervision, so you’ll need to be an independent thinker who can complete a job on your own, but when required is also able to work effectively as a key part of a growing team of close, intelligent technicians who work hard and play hard.. You’ll have regular contact with a range of other parties to the project, so good communication skills are important, as is the ability to complete project paperwork.

Other skills, tickets and experience that would assist your application, but are not mandatory requirements include:

• Working at height ticket
• EWPA Yellow card (or EWP platform Ticket or Boom/Scissor Lift Ticket
• Construction White card
• Rail Industry Safety Induction card

Remuneration
The salary on offer is market competitive and overtime will be paid. A modern company vehicle is supplied for work undertaken during business hours.
