Ringwood Volkswagen currently has a position available for a Service Advisor or Trainee to join our busy team
This is a customer contact role with a focus on delivering a high level of service to our customers. The position is a pathway to becoming a fully trained Volkswagen Service Advisor.
To succeed in the role you will be expected to learn the processes of :
- Assist customers with bookings and service enquiries
- Quote on service and repairs
- Process repair orders and invoices
- Liaise with mechanics, sales people and other internal staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes
- Self motivated
- Well organised
- Able to work in a team environment
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Be willing to learn
- Neat and tidy appearance
- A friendly attitude

A current drivers licence is required
