Bayset is an Australian owned family business supplying Waterproofing, Concrete Repair Injection systems and materials, Tiling adhesives and Acoustic underlay's to the construction industry.

About the Position:
- Establish & build solid relationships with all customers
- Establish a thorough understanding of customers business needs
- Plan & present tailored solutions based on customers needs
- Prospect for new customers and convert this to increased business
- Grow & retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions to customers
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of the market & product solutions we can provide
- Collaboratively engage with internal colleagues
- Prepare regular sales performance reports & business calls as required
- Prepare quotes & tenders in line with our pricing policy
- Participate in setting annual sales budgets
- Achieve budgeted sales targets and GP margins
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Technical sales background within the construction industry or a proven trade professional
- A desire to achieve and create new business opportunities
- Knowledge of the Waterproofing, Construction or Tiling Industries
- The ability to provide technical advice and solutions to contractors, architects and engineers to ensure the brands we represent are used in accordance with manufacturers specifications
- Provide a high level of service and timely follow up
- Excellent communication, written and verbal skills
