The Company
Established in 1930, we have been supplying new and used workshop and engineering equipment for more than 80 years. We are currently one of the largest stockists and suppliers of this type of equipment in Australia with supply branches in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne. Our staff are a dedicated team of professionals, with committed focus towards the best in Customer Service, Quality Products and Excellent Value.
Duties
- Assisting customers, sales staff, workshop/technicians with spare parts determination
- Attend to counter, phone and online sales, quotes & enquiries for spare parts
- General administration and housekeeping of spare parts
- Liaise with local and overseas suppliers for spare parts
- Assisting with incoming parts processing and warehouse stock audits
- Able to work under pressure and adhere to time frames
Skills & Knowledge
- Previous parts interpretation experience
- Good knowledge of equipment used in the metal working & wood working industry
- Strong attention to detail combined with exceptional customer service & communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work in a team & multi-task in a fast pace environment
