Duties will include:
- Baking
- Physical Lifting
- Weighing raw Ingredients
- Following recipes
- Mixing and Blending products
- QA
Successful candidates must have:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing environments
- Experience in recipes in commercial quantities
- Be able to operate high speed mixers
- Operate and manage industrial ovens
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Understand the intricacies of mixing dough and managing temperatures
- Be an Australian resident or have a relevant visa and be very conversant in the English language
- Fastidious and attentive to detail.
- Be Punctual, reliable and honest
