This position reports to the Contract Manager, and manages a team of cleaners across multiple aspects of commercial and industrial cleaning. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role will provide you with the skills needed to lead your team.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills. Your flexibility will enable you to deal with all levels of employees, management and clients in a professional manner as well as be hands on with the cleaning work where required.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained within the Airport and that each area is cleaned to the specification and at the frequency required by the client
• Ensure all services are implemented in accordance with all customer specifications and company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all sites are visited, inspected and assessed for any corrective actions.
• Manage staff performance in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for cleanliness of the chemical storage areas, conducting stocktakes and other audit procedures as required
• Be responsible for ordering chemicals and consumables for staff use
• Adhering to OH & S practices
• Abide with security rules in accordance with OCS and client policies and procedures

Essential Criteria
• Current 'C' class drivers license
• Current National Police Clearance
• Experience managing shift rosters
• Intermediate computer skills
• Sound knowledge of O.H & S.
• Applicants must be reliable, self-motivated, enthusiastic, well presented and have good communication and organisational skills to be successful

Please note that this site operates over a 24 hour period, and this position will be required to work night shifts and shift work if required.
