The Role
The Handyman/Painter will be responsible for the coordination and completion of preventative and corrective maintenance for IKON Property Services, specific responsibilities will include:
- Multi Site Operations
- Delivery of day to day Maintenance Painting and Plastering
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and colleagues
- Management of maintenance tasks assigned by Simpro
- Assisting in the provision of reports
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Extensive Painter experience
- Painter Qualification - Essential
- Valid Driver's Licence essential
- Police check and obtain a WWCC
- EWP High Risk Licence
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- OH&S Training and Certificates
