KEYS OF THE ROLE

Service front and back counter and busy phone room
Attend to customers efficiently and courteously
Handle retail, wholesale & internal business

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Experienced parts interpreter
Good parts interpretation skills
Customer focused to service customers at the highest level turning enquiries into sales
Ability to communicate clearly & possess a good phone manner
