About the role:
With the recent growth Tynan Motors is now searching for a passionate Senior Warranty Administrator to join our multi franchise team in Wollongong. This role is to provide all warranty administration for the service department as well as provide support to the Group Warranty Manager and ensure that all warranty tasks completed are in accordance with manufacturer and company guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all manufacturer guidelines are adhered to in the processing of warranty claims
- Ensure all the dealership warranty policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees.
- Maximise warranty labour recovery, in turn minimising any warranty lost hours
- Full knowledge of brand warranty policies, reducing audit risks
- Meet set monthly closed RO targets
- Efficiently administrate the entire warranty process for dedicated brand/s
- Submit authority to manufacturer for certain repairs
- Administrate warranty parts storage and throw out
- Reporting on warranty trends
- Identifying flaws in warranty/service process and be involved in implementation

- Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
