Chips Property Trade Services is an established commercial maintenance company looking for a enthusiastic,reliable building maintenance technician/handyperson to support our growing blue chip customer base throughout Sydney.
We carry out commercial building maintenance, repairs and upgrades for our commercial client base which includes ASX listed companies, Government and Facilities Management companies.
The role:
The Maintenance Technician will carry out Preventative and Reactive general maintenance duties including but not limited to, Painting,Tiling & Carpentry, and general handyman duties as required.
This role is based in Sydney and Greater Sydney:
- Perform all types of general maintenance, restoration and general repairs
- Promptly respond to reported issues (day to day, operational and maintenance) and coordinate an efficient and effective response
- Maintain work orders, updated job status, upload photographs and all other work case related administration
Skills & Experience
- Residential, Retail or Commercial Building maintenance experience is desirable
- Trade qualification desirable
- Background in general maintenance or handyman work covering such trades as Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting and Electrical
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Some computer skills are essential – use of tablet PC's on the job
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A current NSW driver's licence
- Working at heights

- Experience working on Petrol Sites
