Who you'll be working with:
SYNC Group is a family owned business that prides itself on excellence. We are looking to engage experienced labourers to work with our experienced team. We are currently looking for casual workers who are enthusiastic hard working with a willingness to learn and work productively as a member or our team.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Rod & Roping
- Scoping Cable Hauling
- Dig & Rectify Blockages
- Pump out Pits
- Implementing & Maintaining all Safety protocols
- Reading and understanding construction drawings / plans
- Other duties as required by Management
What you need to have:
- Experience as a technician, as a wideband Rodder, Roper, Surveyor;
- NBN Enabled
- Current work place two first aid with CPR
- Knowledge of Telstra / NBN networks including Fibre, pit & pipe networks;
- Knowledge of customer premise building types;
- Experience with the use of hand tools including Fibre traffic identifier;
- Up to date police check;
- Current drivers licence;
- Valid White card;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Be capable of prioritising tasks and have strong time management skills; and
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
Who is right for the Job?
Someone who is relatively fit as this is a physical job working in the outdoors often remotely with Victoria’s ever changing weather extremes. Must be able to integrate into a team environment with extremely strict time schedules.
Pay rate will vary depending on experience.
