The Position:

As an experienced Manager with LCA Werribee, you will provide inspirational leadership to a team of therapists, working towards meeting and exceeding targets whilst ensuring superior customer service standards. You are as passionate about beauty as we are and will provide hands on treatments as well as management responsibilities.

Further to this you will be responsible for driving clinic sales, building customer satisfaction and retention, and managing a high-performance team to success!

We have 2 Management roles available with LCA Werribee;

1 X Clinic Manager - Previous management experience required

1 X Assistant Manager - Are you an experienced skin and laser therapist looking to take the next step in your career?

What you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience as a successful Clinic Manager or experienced Therapist with tertiary qualifications in Beauty Therapy
• Dynamic management, leadership and coaching skills to lead a small team to success
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive culture
• Advanced Laser and skin treatments experience 
• Operational requirements such as rostering and day to day management of the clinic
