Hoban currently has a rare and exciting opportunity available for a suitably qualified and experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic/Fitter in Brisbane's Western Suburbs.
Working within an established servicing team, your experience with large scale trailer maintenance will be second to none.
With multiple roles available, you would expect your daily tasks to include:
- Fitting hydraulic and pneumatic lines
- General servicing of company trucks
- Fault finding and troubleshooting
To be successful with this role, you will have:
- Trade Qualification (Mechanical/Diesel Fitter or Automotive/Heavy Vehicle Mechanic)
- Extensive experience with Hydraulic and Pneumatic lines, including Brake Lines
- Experience with MIG & TIG Welding (highly desired)
- Ability to fault find and think on your feet
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Ability to work accurately and at speed
