About The Role
This role will suit an experienced electrical fire technician or supervisor looking to step up and oversee a team of 12 electrical technicians plus subcontractors for a large client. You will take the lead and run client meetings, conduct team toolbox meetings, manage and monitor project milestones to meet SLA’s and complete regular compliance reporting. This position will also ensure efficient scheduling of jobs for your team and this position will also show off your project management skills to guarantee high levels of client satisfaction. This is a critical role and requires someone that has a demonstrated ability to lead by example and foster a true team environment.

What You Require To Succeed In This Role
- Proven experience managing projects and delivering to key milestones
- Must have in depth programming knowledge of fire systems including Ampac, Notifier or similar
- Very good problem and fault solving skills
- Strong team leadership and managerial experience
