We are an established interior plantscape design and maintenance company providing exceptional services to corporate clients and commercial properties throughout Brisbane and Gold Coast areas.
Our company is based in Sunnybank Hills and we are seeking a casual Interior Plantscape Technician to join our small team for three days per week to start with the ability become full time after training period.
Our mobile team services our client base using our fleet of vehicles and also works in our nursery maintaining the health and vitality of our greenlife.
Prior experience in horticulture is preferred, however a demonstrated interest in plants coupled with a willingness to learn their botanical names is a must.
Requirements of the Position:
- You will be an enthusiastic, honest, reliable and physically fit person who is not afraid of a little hard work when required.
- Possess a can-do attitude and enjoys working in a close team.
- You MUST have your own vehicle to travel to and from our base each day.
- MUST have the ability to work between the hours of 6.00am – 2.30pm Monday to Friday.
- As we cater to corporate clients you must be well presented, and hygienic.
- Have the ability to communicate in a happy, friendly and courteous manner with everyone ranging from the managing director to the janitor.
- Hold a current manual driver’s licence with a good driving record.
- Possess a passion for excellent customer service and building long term client relationships.
- Have a desire and willingness to learn something new, be coachable and eager to learn.
Main Duties Include:
- Installing/uninstalling planters and greenlife as required.
- Servicing and maintenance of greenlife installed on client premises on a regular basis.
- Watering, dusting and trimming of foliage.
- Dusting and cleaning of planters.
- Treatment of disease and pests on greenlife.
- Changing of greenlife as required.
- Travelling to and from client premises using a company vehicle.
- Potting of greenlife as required, ensuring continued health and vitality of all plants.
- Ad Hoc duties as required to assist in the efficiency of the business.
