What is this role all about?
This position is to ensure all vehicles are properly prepared for our customers. You will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of Vehicle Service Attendants to ensure the continued growth and profitability of Hertz. This is a “hands-on” role and detailing vehicles will be part of the duties.
You will be based at our Adelaide Airport and you may be required to work at other SA stores within reasonable travel distance. Specific duties include:
- Lead a team of Vehicle Service Attendants
- Drive productivity and a high standard of service quality
- Ensure adequate supply of vehicles in ready-to-rent area
- Assist with training of new staff
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this position, our new team member will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to supervise a team in a high volume business (previous experience preferred).
- Initiative and desire to drive execution
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility of working hours (7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays may apply).
- You must hold a full and current SA driver’s license with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
