We are seeking an Apprentice Engagement Office to join our energetic team, 3 days per week in order to oversee daily aspects of the Sheen Group Apprenticeship Program.
This is a great opportunity for you to provide valued support for our passionate and dedicated franchise owners in a positive and growing industry, as you ensure apprentices thrive within their environment.

Day to day activities will be based around apprentice management. Including, but not limited to;
- Receipting applications
- Sourcing apprentices
- Conducting interviews
- Registering suitable apprentices
- Reference Checking
- Regular contact with apprentices
- Work with Shop Managers to identify suitable vacancies
- Manage stakeholder relationships (TAFE / Suppliers / Recruitment Agencies)
Highly desirable;
- Hold an Automotive Trade and have had experience in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated experience in the youth, community or employment sector will be favourable. However, automotive trades people that managed apprentices will be treated in equal regard.
- Coaching apprentices to hidden skill sets and increase their confidence to develop within the trade.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- The ability to present themselves in a professional manner
