The Company:

A global leader within the Consumer Electronics company has come to the market with a new and exciting opportunity! This business has established their presence across Australia in multiple sectors and is a Tier 1 manufacturer within mulitple sectors in both the Commercial and Domestic arena. They are currently seeking a dynamic Commissioning Supervisor to join their National HVAC Service team. This role will be directly reporting to the National HVAC Manager.

The Role:

As the Commissioning Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be to manage the broader service team across mainly New South Wales and also to be quite hands-on with all high level commissioning with key clients. Additional responsibilities include the following:

Overseeing commissioning, repair and maintanence activity across the Service team
Manage client expectations and relationship within key clients
Consistent liaison with internal staff such as Customer Service, Sales and Operations
Training of staff within the Service team both face-to-face and remotely

Skill Set Required:

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Manager or Supervisor within a Tier 1 company
A minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience within the Air conditioning or HVAC industry
Strong knowledge and recent experience with commissioning and VRF technology
Excellent communication skills
Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
