THE POSITION
We are seeking a full time Kerbside Services Manager who is suitably qualified, self-motivated and professional to meet our client requirements at the Brisbane Airport Corporation Kerbside Contract. As a Manager you must be able to walk and stand for long periods, enjoy a variety of duties and have outstanding personal presentation and customer service skills.
To be considered for an opportunity with Wilson Aviation, you must be able to demonstrate:
- A willingness to work a rotational roster across a 24/7 site, including weekends and public holidays
- Proven ability to provide high quality frontline customer service and support
- Past experience supervising staff on shift
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior experience with administration tasks, including rostering
- Experience in issuing of Penalty Infringements
- Traffic and Pedestrian Management Skills
- Exposure to risk identification and issue resolution
- Ability to work within a team environment
- The ability and confidence to work on your own
- Ability to manage staff training requirements
- Experience in managing disciplinary matters
- Emergency Management Experience
- Conflict management skills
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a Supervisor / Management role
- The ability and confidence to liaise and build relationships with multiple onsite clients
- The ability and confidence to manage employee related matters
- Willing to obtain or hold a current & valid Queensland Traffic Control Licence, Level 1 minimum
- Hold a current & valid Queensland Security License
- A current Queensland Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid certificate, with the ability to obtain Advanced First Aid
- Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia
- Intermediate computer literacy
