Warranty Administrator and Service Advisor Relief

At Shacks Holden & HSV we currently have an exciting opportunity available for a qualified Warranty Administrator with Service Advisor relief.

The role is integral to the administration support of the service department. You will be responsible for the processing of all warranty claims within the manufacturers guidelines. You will also provide relief support as a Service Advisor from time to time as required.

Applicants must be well presented and have good communication and time management skills. The successful applicant will take pride in offering the highest levels of customer service and will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Service Manager to drive and maximise productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

Previous experience in this position will be highly advantageous.

To become part of our successful team, you’ll be required to:

  • Process all warranty and goodwill claims in a timely manner.
  • Complete warranty claims to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Maintain warranty storage of return parts and return all requested parts.
  • Keep and maintain a warranty claim register.
  • File all warranty repair orders.
  • File all correspondence, service letters, technical bulletins, and standard repair time guides.
  • Discuss all policy write offs with Service Manager.
  • Maintain positive relationships with manufacturer representatives.
  • Assist Service Manager with daily operation of Service Department.

To be considered for this role, applicants must be able to display:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Good time management skills and be highly organised.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to sell service products.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive can do attitude and self motivated.
  • Neat and tidy appearance.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
