Our Company is offering permanent full-time position for a licenced electrician who is interested in commercial maintenance and service work. Locations are mainly throughout the Parramatta and Sydney CBD areas.
ZAPP Electrical Group Pty Ltd has been operating for 10 years in the Sydney Area carrying out maintenance and service work for commercial and industrial markets. On a typical day you will be required to travel to various job sites and liaise with the site contacts directly to investigate and complete repairs.
Among the ongoing maintenance and service work we have various other job contracts for Office and Retail shop fitouts, Tesla Motor wall chargers and House renovations, such as Kitchen and Bathrooms.
The jobs are allocated to each employee through an online job management system which is accessed through your mobile phone. This will provide you with the necessary job details and assist in tracking of the job hours/ materials.
The successful candidate will be offered the following remuneration/ benefits:
- Agreed hourly rate with the availability for over time of 1.5x and 2x paid, RDO's and a car allowance for using your own vehicle in the interim,
- Licenced Electricians will be supplied with a Mobile Smart Phone and a Company Vehicle upon completion of the trial period, as long as you have a secure and safe parking location then you will also be able to take the vehicle home,
- Any required short Courses/ Inductions will be paid for, and
- Uniform supplied.
The successful candidate will be required to have the following licenses, skills and experience in order to be considered for the position:
- NSW Drivers Licence,
- Electrical Licence or Evidence of Apprenticeship,
- White Card,
- EWP (preferable),
- Own electric tools and basic hand tools,
- Willingness to travel to different job sites,
- Highly motivated with attention to detail,
- Reliable and presentable at all times,
- Experience in commercial maintenance work (preferable), and
- Employment references (preferable).
