Factory Foreman

Our client is a leader in building products supply and fabrication in Brisbane servicing all states. They have a positive track record of exceptional customer service and innovation as well as going the extra mile for their employees. 

They are now looking for a Factory Foreman to join their company in Geebung, QLD, with the potential to earn a Starting Salary + Superannuation with the Opportunity for Pay Increase After Three Month Period. 

The primary purpose of this position is to manage and organise the factory fabrication activities including the direct supervision of the fabrication labour force. 

Reporting directly to the General Manager some of your responsibilities will include:

• Liaison link between factory output and logistic and production operations team
• Monitor and maintain factory floor quality control over the completion of all jobs
• Administer jobs and factory duties 
• Assist with assembly of loads for both delivery and customer pick up
• Training and quality control

• Trade competent and have strong organisation and team leading skills
• Previous work experience in the building industry is essential
• Ability to successfully complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
• Great written and verbal communication skills
