We are looking for well organised and experienced heating and cooling installers.

If you are very experienced and want to be in control of your own earnings and be your own boss, then we can help you get set up.
We are after the best of the best installers and those that can handle plenty of work coming their way.
The majority of the work will be new builds so forget about crawling under floors or in old dirty ceiling spaces.
We are after people with their natural gas and water licence to install gas ducted heaters and evaporative coolers. We also specialise in refrigerated systems and your experience with these systems will be invaluable.
Because of our broad range of knowledge we work with some of the largest home builders in Victoria.
At PACT you will be working with a great team of:
- Administration people that deal with all of the fiddly details so you don't have to
- Account Managers that have relationships and source the work for you
- Plan designers that look at all details of the project and complete a final working drawing, plus do a take off for you
- Operations department that allocate the work for you and assign each days work in advance
This is a perfect role for anyone who wants control of their own future and is sick of making money for someone else but is not sure of how to go about it.
Or maybe you are a plumber that has had enough of not hearing about quotes you've sent out/chasing work and is sick of chasing money!
If you are a gun installer, experienced in gas ducted heaters/evaporative coolers, who can get through many projects a day then we want to speak to you NOW.
A fantastic understanding of the house building process will also hold you in good stead.
You must be a fully licensed Plumber with an exceptional attention to detail, quality workmanship and you MUST also be reliable!
