As one of the leading Air Conditioning Companies in Brisbane we have availability for two positions in our Air Conditioning Team. One position is for air conditioning servicing, diagnostic and repairs and the second position is Installation for split, multi and ducted systems. If your skills happen to be in both repairs and installations that's just a bonus.

We pride ourselves on having A GRADE tradesmen and therefore you work with an A GRADE team. We are authorised Dealers for Daikin, Fujitsu, LG, Haier and Panasonic. 

ABOUT YOU:

You will the required qualification of Refrigeration Mechanic license for Repair or Installer. You should be clean and well presented and able to communicate and speak clearly. You're a person who takes pride in being clean and tidy on the job and have a problem solving attitude to your work. You need to be comfortable using an ipad as we use electronic job scheduling software, you will receive and be able to enter job and quote information.

This role will suit someone who's energetic, safety focused, has a happy and positive attitude with over 4 years experience, preferably some domestic. 

ABOUT THE ROLE:
AIR CONDITIONING INSTALLER:  You have experience in residential air conditioning installations, split, multi and ducted installations.

Duties will include quoting, site checks and house plan measures - particularly for ducted systems. Routine servicing may be required as well. During the winter months you may be required to assist our electrical and solar teams. Bonus would be if you do have a level of competency in fault diagnosis or ability to administer repairs. You would be required to train and work alongside apprentices

AIR CONDITIONING REPAIRER: Your core focus will be handling breakdowns with fault diagnosis and repairs for both split and ducted systems. Ideally you will have worked on a variety of air conditioning brands. Majority is domestic air conditioning however we do have commercial clients as well. Happy to perform routine service and cleans on split systems and ducted air conditioning.

We also offer commission based earnings on top of your normal wages and overtime, so your earning potential is unlimited.

The working hours are Monday-Friday; mostly 7am starts and our electricians & technicians average an 8.5 hour day. You may be required to work slightly longer days in summer (peak season) and penalty rates are paid for the overtime. We do not market our business as a breakdown service, very occasionally you may be offered a job on a weekend for a commercial client or a domestic split install during peak periods.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Refrigeration Qualifications and ARCtick licence
• Limited Electrical License
• White Card and First Aid
• Drivers License
• Able to pass Police Check and Blue Card
• Able to read, write and use computer
• ​Comfortable to use ipad / job scheduling software
• MINIMUM 4 years Domestic experience; Service & Repair
• May be required for overtime in busier months (summer)
