About the Role
Working with an experienced and highly dedicated team, this position will be responsible for delivering a high quality of service to our customers whilst performing preventative and non-scheduled maintenance work.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Fault finding and troubleshooting ensuring all faults are fixed and quickly resolved.
- Attending breakdowns and performing service work in line with Company procedures to ensure each piece of equipment is fit for use.
- Completing scheduled services to ensure customer requirements and service agreements are upheld and to ensure the safety of the customers equipment.
- Daily workload management ensuring that all customers are attended to promptly.
- Deliver a professional level of service at all times.
- Complete an average number of calls per day in line with the Company's expectations.
- Maintain an accurate service diary/time sheet record of work performed.
Skills & Experience
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and organisational skills.
- High energy and motivated to succeed.
- Exceptional ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to develop, maintain and grow business relationships.
- Prior servicing, diagnostics and hydraulic experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of electrical systems.
- Mechanical Trade Certificate (Forklift Mechanic/Diesel Mechanic/Automotive Electrician/Heavy or Light Vehicle Mechanic).
