We are looking to recruit an outstanding individual with proven success in client management within the service and maintenance industry.
Reporting to the Regional Manager your focus will be:
- Mentoring all trade staff
- Coordinate the ongoing contact and risk management of your contracts.
- Management of key contract deliverables including preventative maintenance, breakdown and installation services
- Coordinate contract related QA & OHSE audits & compliance
You will require a strong knowledge of the service industry with a high level of computer skills and attention to detail. Experience and qualifications should include:
- Management experience dealing with corporate clients and staff
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Team player that will contribute to ongoing growth of the business
- PRONTO software experience would be an advantage
