About the company
Our client is a privately owned dealership who has been servicing customers in the Ballarat region for nearly 20 years.
Having recently acquired a major Truck franchise, they are in the growth phase and are looking to build a solid team to help move the business forward in the future. This company can offer long term stable employment, a great team environment and opportunity to grow your career.
About the role
Due to these changes, we are currently looking to speak with experienced Service and/or Parts Managers to lead the team in both the workshop and in parts.
The ideal candidate will be results driven, who is keen to show what they can do and run the Workshop as if it's their own. Customer service is paramount, and you will ensure that your team delivers top quality service to their valued clients.
As this is a new franchise for the business, you will have the opportunity to put procedures and a well oiled team in place to allow the business to succeed.
Ideally you will have:
- Proven experience in a similar role, supervising a team
- Strong mechanical knowledge of Trucks, Agricultural and/or Industrial equipment
- Experience mentoring, leading and helping teams to meet KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Devotion to customer satisfaction and service requirements
- Strong computer literacy skills with exposure to industry leading Dealer Management Systems
