G James Glass and Aluminium is Australia's leading integrated glass and aluminium manufacturer and contractor. Our privately owned, family company employs over 2300 people with operations throughout Australia. Our QuickAlly Division manufactures, sells, hires and installs aluminium access solutions with a wide variety of scaffolding equipment.
We are seeking a motivated, dependable and flexible individual who has experience in the scaffold industry to step into a busy, fast paced coordination role based at our Smithfield facility.
Reporting directly to the NSW Hire Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Interacting and building rapport with clients both face to face and over the phone.
- Scheduling jobs and coordinating resourcing (equipment and labour) to ensure all orders are delivered to the specifications required.
- Stock management to confirm equipment is available, maintained and ready to be delivered to customers.
- Upholding accurate administrative records in established systems to track equipment movements.
We are seeking a candidate who enjoys a multi-faceted role who thrives in a small team environment who has a genuine passion for excellent customer service. We would also consider a suitable applicant who is committed to transitioning from working on the tools to an office based role (with relevant scaffolding experience). Ultimately, we are looking for someone with a can do attitude who wants to build a long term career in a business with a strong National footprint.
