The aim of this National business is to provide quality and economical textile services to its clients. They have established a relationship as a preferred supplier in their industry by leveraging off their expertise to design and supply their quality systems and equipment.
Due to an internal promotion, a position has become available for a Service Manager - Service & Spare Parts to join the business. The position will report to the Operations Manager and be located in the Parramatta region.
The position:
The position will be responsible for the Service and Spare Parts Department and will play a vital role in providing administration support for the Service Team throughout Australian and New Zealand.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Work processes and descriptions associated with Service, continuous improvement, according to the company’s core values.
- Ensure continuous improvement in communications with Service Technicians and customers.
- Contribute to the formulation of future service strategy, prepare development and improvement plans and KPI’s for an efficient service and spare parts team.
Key requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the field of Service Engineering, Construction or Electrical in a SME with industrial customers
- Relevant leadership training, as well as in Change Management
- A strong user of IT Tools
- Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be a good communicator with customers and senior management alike
