About Our Client
Our client, located in Clayton, is an Australian luxury and high performance vehicle company. We are currently seeking experienced welders to work in their production area. Brand new expansive work-site, modern, clean, structured.
Would suit experienced welders who take pride in their work and work space. This is a team environment and requires the right fit to be considered.
The successful applicant would be required to work day shift with overtime available daily and on weekends.
About The Job
- Tack weld new fire plates into engine cavity
- Cut out metal plates to plan
- MIG weld chassis to high quality production standards
About You
- MIG welding experience
- Galvanised welding experience advantageous
- High standards of safety and housekeeping
- Ability to use hand-held power tools
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekend work where required
- Ability to follow instructions and work unsupervised
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol test
