We are looking to grow our team. To do this we need great people who understand customer relationships, the importance of quality work and get excited by new opportunities.
We are a young electrical business that is growing fast in an exciting part of the electrical industry. We mostly service high end domestic clients, residential builders and small commercial construction and shop fitting. We specialize in and distribute for a new automation opportunity and handle all ancillary offers. We have a great online social media presence and are fast becoming the go to for the tricky stuff.
The successful candidate in this role will prove how they will value add to our team. They will show a character of trust, respect, initiative and a hunger to succeed. Any Proven examples of skills in running jobs, running staff and liaising with clients will be treated with highest regard and rewarded accordingly but these are not essential so long as you’re willing to learn. Any networking, data, cctv and automation skills will also be held in high regard. A good electrical knowledge across a broad range is essential proving fault finding skills, problem solving and planning. This is a ground floor opportunity as we fast track to big things in the coming years.
This is not for your average sparky.
THIS IS for the person who wants to stand out and build their own reputation. THIS IS for the person who loves to be part of a team but is driven by self improvement and reward.
You would be required to keep hours on an electronic/manual platform. We do have other efficiency systems in place and we do have some paperwork but we also understand that no tradesperson likes doing admin. We only do what’s absolutely required.
Vehicles, tools, phones etc will all be negotiated depending on the candidate. Success will be rewarded well.
