• Sales, and service of JCB Machinery and equipment
• Sales, service, maintenance, repairs and hire of Thor Hydraulic Hammers / rock breakers
• Sales, service, maintenance, repairs and of hire of construction equipment and small industrial plant and equipment
• Mobile plant and heavy civil machinery service, repairs and maintenance
• Mobile Hiflex hydraulic hose sales, service and repairs
• Registration inspections for automotive vehicles & light commercial 

One Stop Machinery Shop is seeking an exceptional trade qualified heavy vehicle/diesel mechanic with wide ranging experience; advanced diagnostic skills; adept knowledge; mechanical expertise and safety practices to match the proficient and vastly skilled team they will join.

If you are an experienced truck/diesel mechanic with the proven ability to diagnose, repair and maintain a diverse range of heavy road vehicles, plant, machinery, and equipment and who has a reputation for professional excellence - we'd like to hear from you.

Our successful applicant will be our lead field service JCB technician and will

• have a meticulous approach in all aspects of their role.
• ensure all safety and quality management procedures are followed, fulfilled and documented to our high standards.
• be an efficient and organised member of a cohesive team who can also work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• diagnose, repair, test and maintain a diverse variety of customer equipment and related mechanical and electrical components from small construction equipment, to heavy commercial vehicles, earthmoving and plant machinery.
• attend to breakdowns in the field as required.

Essential Criteria:

• Honest, reliable, punctual
• Proven strong work ethic
• Relevant trade qualifications 
• 3 + years post trade experience 
• Plug-in diagnostic skills
• Good hydraulic experience
• Sound auto electrical knowledge
• LR Drivers license
• Strong analytical skills with solution focus
• Proven competence in repairs and rebuilds
• Must have own basic tools (specialist tools are provided)
• Excellent customer service & communication skills

Desired Criteria:

• First Aid Certificate
• Forklift ticket
• Welding capabilities
•  auto electrical qualifications will be highly regarded
