So what do we want from you? Ideally you’ll have:
- Experience in a workshop environment and a certificate 3 in light vehicle automotive or equivalent.
- Excellent diagnostic skills, time management skills and your own tools.
- A focus on quality workmanship and a good eye for detail.
- A current driver’s licence, trade qualification and a sound knowledge and adherence to current OH&S practices.
Some customer interaction is required so good presentation and good communication skills will be useful. And experience with Nissan & Renault vehicles and previous service advisory roles, or experience working within a franchise dealership would be handy as well.
