A national commercial Cleaning organisation that provides services to government, education, aged care, commercial and defence clients.

Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager, this role is responsible for:

• Providing accurate costs for labour and tools for new contracts
• Conducting walk-through of new contracts
• Providing costs to the tender team and assisting with writing tendering
• Relationship management and development
• Working closely with operational team in handovers
• Providing technical advice to tender and sales teams for contracts
• Developing relationships with clients and future clients
• Working closely with Business Development and Analyst teams

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a similar estimating position within the cleaning industry OR Have had demonstrated experience in an operational capacity, ready to take the step into
• Estimating Knowledge and experience with providing accurate costs and estimates of labour, resources and equipment.
• Strong cleaning technical aptitude
• Positive, go-getter attitude with a hunger for success
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Estimating models or templates
• Keen eye for detail
• Honest and ethical nature is a must!
